Prenatal Yoga

Designed to nourish expectant mothers during their magical journey, you will learn to use yoga’s mind/body awareness to connect with your own innate wisdom, body and your growing baby.  Pre-natal Yoga strengthens the uterus and pelvic muscles, improves circulation, aids in digestion, and exercises the spine; increasing overall comfort.

Conscious Core Yoga Therapy

Deep, diaphragmatic breath and an inward focused attention is the key to this gentle, but challenging therapeutic practice. Intended to help you “come home to your body,” it is a ideal for mamas at any stage of the postpartum journey –whether it’s been weeks, years or even decades since you gave birth. Work to awaken (or rekindle) your relationship with the subtle musculature of your core, pelvic floor and spine. Together we will invite awareness, practice acceptance and learn the tools needed to cultivate a physical, mental, emotional AND energetic steadiness. We will work towards improved core stability and postural alignment, while deepening your experience of intimacy, confidence and trust in your body.

Radiant Child Yoga for Emotional Regulation

It is never too early to teach mindfulness practices to kids and teens. Yoga uses playful movement, awareness of breath, and mindful meditations to help kids and teens learn to calm their bodies, process their emotions and recognize unhelpful thought patterns while building confidence and love for themselves inside and out.
